We are a group of people from rural backgrounds, concerned about policing in the Staffordshire countryside. With under funding and pressures on todays police force, we aim to make a difference through open dialog.
Our aims are as follows:
- To ensure a fair share of Staffordshire's Police resources
are allocated to Rural Policing.
- To encourage the most efficient utilisation of these
resources.
- To encourage maximum co-operation between the Rural
Community and the Police to effect high levels of both crime prevention
and crime detection.
- To educate and inform the public about the issues raised by rural crime
and wildlife in the countryside.
The Rurual Policing Liaison Group have trained independent investigators. They are capable of gathering evidence to present to police forces, or other prosecuting agencies.
